Accurate Pricing. We provide you with a comparative market analysis comparing nearby like properties that have closed, gone under contract or in active status within the past 90 days. When comparing we take into account a number of variables, for example, bedroom and bathroom counts, levels, square footage, when it was built, location, conditions, desirability of features, views, and special features. We also, take into consideration market conditions: i.e., supply and demand, economic factors, seasonality. We evaluate your home based on pricing in the current Metro-Phoenix real estate market and recommend a fair listing price range.  You chose the listing price accordingly.

Honest Recommendations and Professional Services. We provide recommendations and services to ensure your home sells in a reasonable time frame. This includes: staging, professional cleaning, a pre-list inspection, professional photos and a strategic marketing plan. Making sure your home is in optimal showing condition and presented via professional photos paired with accurate pricing will set it apart from the competition.

Staging.  A 2019 study by the National Association of Realtors tells indicated that staging makes it easier for buyers to visualize the property as their future home.  Based on our experience, we can second that! If your property is vacant, we will soft stage it with our stock of themed home décor.  Strategically placing pops of color throughout the home will make it show better in photos and draw viewers’ attention. For occupied properties, we rearrange your furniture and home decor to create a fresh look; when necessary we bring in some of our items.  We will stage the home before it is professionally cleaned and photographed.

Professional Photography. Professional photography and video are for both print and the web are among the most important marketing tools when selling a house. Our professional real estate photographers create virtual tour links, galleries and YouTube links specific to your property, which will raise online visibility so that interested buyers can pull up photos, video and property information in one easy step. We will also index the domain with Google for improved search engine optimization.
